Taboo

I just packed my luggage, heading for KL this friday 12.00PM, then Malacca, then Johore, then Singapore.

03 April 2005, 2130 - Arrival at Kuching Airport.

The Next day? =)

My wound's recovered almost...80% ? Left a bit of blood clots and some stitch-leftovers. I'm starting to get tired of the Typical-Chinese-Food-Taboo (TCFT) that I'm currently practising. Inherited from my grandparents, these are the rules : -

NO Egg, Chicken('cos egg from chicken.. wait chicken from egg, whichever), All Birds(wtf), Beef, All Dairy Products(same concept), Sour Food, Soy Sauce(It's black, so my scar will be black), Nuts, Seafood(except certain fish) and all related products/by-products. Oh, ya, pork's allowed, but not too much(wtf).

I called a Surgeon cum General Consultant from Kuching Specialist Hospital KPJ, He was laughing. "That definitely did not come out from a mouth of a doctor, right?" he joked. Allright, It's from my mom, my aunts, everyone who seemed to care so much. Sigh... Is it true? "My patients stay a month after a surgery. Guess what? They're having eggs every morning and chicken almost everyday." convinced the surgeon. Oh, he's Mr. Lee, he removed my stitches, all 54 of 'em. =)

According to TCFT, I'm strictly not allowed to eat sour food... including fruit juices and vinegar. ok... one of my supplements, Vitamin C - Acid Ascorbic. To what I've learnt. Sour = Acidic. If I'm not allowed to eat sour/acidic food... What are those pills doing in my medicine box? I have 10 pills to consume every 6 hours(wtf). How bout.. Soy Sauce... 'cause it's black? oh.. so ketchup = red? I'll try the veges later on. Hopefully I'll turn Green.

Jia Hsien's pap, an orthopedic/surgeon from Sarawak General Hospital. "TCTF=WTF.. All non-sense." hahahaha

The doctors' spent years.. studying what's good for my body and what's not. Ketchup = Red? Definitely not proven scientifically. Well, should I trust my parents? yeah... I've not. This is what I get. I should.

Anyone who needs something or anything from KL/Singapore.. Call me. :) Hope I don't faint in the plane. Doctors' said my Hemoglobin's low..
